Project Sahaayak

- G.Sai Krishna -

The aim of the application is to save at least one life. It is calculated that around 1.6 lakh people die every day on average. There are many distinctive causes for these deaths, among which most of the causes are unpreventable and sometimes inescapable like Ischaemic heart disease, Stroke, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Lower respiratory infections, Road injury, and many such. But it is unfortunate to know that more than 2000 deaths out of these 1.6 lakh deaths are due to suicides. Suicide is not among the causes that are unpreventable and inescapable, it can be reduced. There is a great chance that suicides can be reduced if treated in the right way. In most of the cases, people don’t try to express what they are going through even with their beloved ones. This is because people believe that sharing their mental health issues might disturb their relationship or think that they might be judged for having such issues. These insecurities are caused due to the myths that are rooted deep in our thoughts making us believe them blindly. Therefore we wanted to create a platform where people with mental health issues are connected to socially well-disciplined volunteers who might help them get over their issues. To achieve this purpose we have provided space for three roles in the site. The application revolves around these three roles - users, volunteers, and admins....

Publisher Subscriber Model

- G.Sai Krishna -

The Publisher Subscriber Problem (PSP) is a self-contained application product which will be produced by the project team in order to overcome the problems that have occurred due to the less communication by individuals. The newly introduced system will provide an easy access to the users and it will contain user friendly functions with attractive interfaces. The system will provide different functionalities to users such as posting the problem and solving the problems based on the response of publisher. ...

Object Recognition System

- G.Sai Krishna -

Object recognition is a computer vision technique for identifying objects in images or videos. Object recognition is a key output of deep learning and machine learning algorithms. The goal is to teach a computer to do what comes naturally to humans: to gain a level of understanding of what an image contains....

Multiple Sequence Alignment Using Central Star Method

- G.Sai Krishna -

Multiple sequence alignment is an extension of pairwise alignment to incorporate more than two sequences at a time. Multiple alignment methods try to align all of the sequences in a given query set. Multiple alignments are often used in identifying conserved sequence regions across a group of sequences hypothesized to be evolutionary related. Such conserved sequence motifs can be used in conjunction with structural and mechanistic information to locate the catalytic active sites of enzymes. Alignments are also used to aid in establishing evolutionary relationships by constructing phylogenetic trees.Multiple sequence alignments are computationally difficult to produce and most formulations of the problem lead to NP-complete combinatorial optimization problems....

Smart Parking System

- G.Sai Krishna -

People owning vehicles face parking problems in most metropolitan area, especially during peak hours. The difficulty roots from not knowing where the parking spaces are available at the given time, even if this is known; many vehicles may pursue a small number of parking spaces which in turn leads to serious traffic congestion.
In this project, we present an IoT based cloud integrate SMART PARKING SYSTEM. The proposed Smart Parking system consists of an on-site deployment of an IoT module that is used to monitor and signalize the state of availability of each single parking space. A mobile application is also provided that allows an end user to check the availability of parking space and book a parking slot accordingly. The paper also describes a high-level view of the system architecture. Our proposed system is within low cost and less time to build it.
